CO2-SNG
During the event hosted by Jakub Miler, CEO of EIT InnoEnergy Central Europe, these solutions were emphasised through the case-studies. The CO2-SNG solution launched together with TAURON and RAFAKO, uses CO2 to produce synthetic natural gas, which can be used as an alternative fuel for urban transportation, independent from traditional petrol and diesel supply. The launch of just two CO2-SNG installations in Silesia region will make it possible to replace 30% of the city bus fleet, around 400 Diesel buses will be replaced by new CNG vehicles.
