In order to reinforce its marketing & communication activities, InnoEnergy are looking for the position Corporate Communications Assistant within the Marketing and Communicatiions team.
Role & Responsibilities:
The position will report to the Corporate Communications Manager. The role is for an aspiring communications professional looking to further their career within the field. This position will play an important role in supporting the marketing and communications function as the company transitions into a commercial, market driven organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the management of all digital platforms including websites, social media, and CRM and automated marketing tools, with direct experience with Hubspot as an advantage.
Working with the Corporate Communications Manager, ensure brand compliance across all collateral and digital platforms.
Managing suppliers to support with the delivery of a range of communication materials, including videos, brochures, and webinars to support with campaigns, and subsequent reporting, and promoting the EIT InnoEnergy brand.
Liaising with key stakeholders to support the communication requirements across the business, this can include drafting newsletters, writing copy for articles, initiating affiliate and partner marketing opportunities, managing PR requests, identifying ‘go-to market’ opportunities to support revenue generation.
Support with procurement processes for supplier selection and other communications related administration.
Experience & Qualifications
The Communications Assistant will be degree qualified (Business, Marketing etc.), ideally with internal and external communications experience ranging between 3-5 years. Interest and experience in the sustainable energy industry is an advantage. You will be a high energy, ambitious results-oriented team player, capable of handling multiple priorities and managing your time effectively. You will have:
Flawless written and spoken English with native English as an advantage.
Evidence of managing and implementing a range of internal and external communications activities, including newsletters, social media activities, videos, webinars and events.
Experience with digital communications, including automated marketing systems, wordpress, social media, google analytics, and CRM systems.
Ability to think creatively and problem solve to translate complex topics into simple messages and translate ideas into actions and outcomes.
Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders, while tracking and reporting their level of engagement.
Able to manage competing priorities and understands the complexities of working within a pan-European matrix organisation.
The Corporate Communications Assistant will report functionally to the Corporate Communcation Manager.
The role will interact with the rest of the marketing team which includes business line and regional marketers as well as the events manager.
There will be further communications with other functions such as procurement, finance, etc. within the company.
The person in this position will also interact with some external suppliers.
A team player, with a can-do attitude who thrives within a fast-paced environment. A degree of flexibility and a person who is comfortable in a multicultural matrix environment. There will be some travel for quartely team meetings which the candidate will need to attend.

The position will be based at one of our primary offices which include Stockholm, Eindhoven, Amsterdam, Grenoble, Barcelona, Karlsruhe or Krakow.
