Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Master’s school.
To work in collaboration with the participating universities to improve the offering of the 8 Master's school programmes to meet the needs of the sustainable energy transition.
Connect the Master’s school programmes to the InnoEnergy ecosystem of partner companies, start-ups and innovation projects.
Derive in collaboration with the partner universities, the strategies to embed learning activities for innovation management and entrepreneurial skill development in all programmes.
Make the InnoEnergy Master's school financially sustainable by 2023, while keeping excellent education standards.
Responsibilities & tasks
5 years of relevant management experience in an academic or higher education context.
Experience with creating, launching and running financially sustainable education programmes at the master level.
Strong international orientation and ability to manage distributed international teams.
A clear vision on the future of higher education, in particular for engineers.
Knowledge of the bologna education model and the ability to understand the different education frameworks in the different countries.
A proven track record with start-up creation and technology transfer to industry in academia.
Experience with early stage incubation and student entrepreneurship.
Ability to work with academic staff as well as industry and other stakeholders to reach objectives of the programme.
Passionate about education innovation.
