Lead the organisation of workshops in collaboration with InnoEnergy programme members to scout and select new PhD candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and business projects.
Provide Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Business mentoring to the PhD candidates enrolled in the programme, leveraging the InnoEnergy assets such as courses, workshops, business coaches, international and cross-sectorial mobility hosts.
Ensure the development of a strong connection between the PhD candidates & their research environment on one side, and the InnoEnergy business ecosystem & investment pipeline on the other side (Business Creation in particular).
Contribute to the programme improvement through local initiatives and an active participation in the PhD School programme board.
Support the programme operation reporting (programme metrics, EIT business cycle).
Support the local EDU business developer actions related to the PhD School Programme.
You have an active position in business, entrepreneurship and/or innovation management.
You have a proven track record in mentoring on technology transfer and/or start-up creation.
3+ year experience within a research environment: own research or support to research for innovation, entrepreneurship, business analysis or sustainability.
Knowledge in the energy sector and the energy transition: markets, innovation, and trends.
Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of management (both within InnoEnergy and its ecosystem of partners).
Experience in working in a highly dynamic multi-stakeholder, pan-European organisation.
Proficiency in English writing and speaking.
