How do I pay the registration fee?
If you are admitted to an InnoEnergy MSc programme, you need to pay a non-refundable registration fee of €250 to reserve your seat. The registration fee is due for scholarship holders and paying students once* per intake and is not part of the participation fees** of the InnoEnergy MSc programme. You will receive an e-mail with instructions about making the registration fee payment from the Institute of Sustainable Energy Foundation (iSE Foundation, via the e-mail address email@example.com).
When making the payment of your registration fee, please mention both your application number (which can be found at the top of your acceptance letter) and reference number you got from iSE Foundation when making the transfer. Otherwise, we do not know the payment is on your behalf.
When there are costs associated with making the payment, please select that these should be charged from your account (select the option OUR, not SHA or BEN). Any money transfer costs you may incur, will not be refunded. The registration fee is non-refundable.
If you have questions about the registration fee or participation fee payment, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
* For example, if a student is admitted to programme A, and pays the fee, and later on is admitted for programme B, and prefers to study in programme B, then we will transfer the already paid registration fee from programme A to progamme B and the student does not need to pay it twice.
** This means that if you are a paying student and have paid the registration fee, you will receive a separate invoice for the payment of the full amount of the participation fee for the InnoEnergy MSc programme.

If you graduated in Australia, Cameroon, Canada, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, New Zealand, Nigeria or USA: We can only accept an official transcript of records sent by post in a sealed envelope directly from the issuing university. In this case, a copy of the degree certificate is not needed.
If you graduated in Italy: A laurea transcript with final grade (out of 110) and an original Marca da Bollo is required.
If you graduated in Pakistan: you will need to send by post hard copies of your degree certificate and your final transcript. Both documents need to be certified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in Pakistan. Each page of your transcript of records, as well as your degree certificate has to be stamped and signed by the HEC. All documents need to reach the KIC InnoEnergy Admissions Office at the same time. Your admission will remain conditional until the paper copy of the HEC attestation, with original stamp and signature has arrived. Please note: We only accept documents attested after 1 March 2009.
If you graduated in China: Students with Chinese nationality who would like to complete part of their studies in the Netherlands need a Nuffic certificate in order to complete their admission and obtain a visa. The Nuffic certificate can only be used for your residence permit application in the Netherlands and is made digitally available to the Dutch higher education institution you selected.
The institute will forward the certificate to the Dutch immigration authorities for your entry visa application. Please start preparing your application for a Nuffic certificate at the same time as you start your application for one of our programmes. Once you have secured your Nuffic certificate, please send it to the Dutch university where you will be studying.
Students with Chinese nationality who would like to complete part of their studies in Germany or Belgium will also need to send an original APS certificate. Please send the original APS to your chosen university in Germany by post.
