AGH is one of the best and most highly renowned technical universities in Poland, and frequently features in lists of country’s top-ranking institutions.

It is not surprising that approximately 25,000 full-time students, 1,000 doctoral students and 2,200 post-graduate students select AGH as their study location, with its favourable geographic location and excellent transport connection to the whole European Union.

 

AGH is situated in picturesque Krakow, Poland’s former capital, a leader in Poland’s academic, cultural and artistic life, and one of its most important economic centres.

Immigration policies

Students choosing Poland as a study destination can enjoy favorable immigration policies for during and after studies.

 

Non-EU students who have completed their Master’s in Poland, can stay in the country for up to 9 months before securing a job.

Students from Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine can work in the country while studying up to 12 months as well as apply for post graduation permit for up to 12 months.
