EIT InnoEnergy, the European innovation engine for sustainable energy, supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), today launches its first call for scale-ups to discover and support growing innovators in southern Europe. Successful applicants will ensure their access to InnoEnergy’s Boostway® program, a highly customized support package to promote their industrialization and internationalization.

Promoted to accelerate the energy transition, reduce carbon emissions and maintain security of supply across Europe, this call aims to find the most innovative sustainable energy businesses with successful innovations already on the market that can be carried to the next. level through the Boostway program.

The Boostway® program goes beyond investment by offering participants access to InnoEnergy’s trusted innovation ecosystem, from over 430 industry partners, clean technology venture capital and research institutes. Boostway services include team assessments, marketing support, business development and industrialization planning.
“In the Iberian Peninsula, the companies we support have already had a significant impact on the energy transition, although mainly locally. Now is the time to extend your work to different markets. Our Boostway program addresses some of the key challenges facing growing companies, such as scaling up operations and making supply chains more efficient, as moving from one unit to 10,000 is difficult”, says Josep-Miquel Torregrosa, Business Creation Officer to the Iberian region of InnoEnergy.
