InnoEnergy Leadership

Effective 1 September 2026, Sebastien Clerc is leaving InnoEnergy to pursue other professional opportunities.

During his tenure, Sebastien contributed meaningfully to the advancement of InnoEnergy’s strategic agenda. He strengthened the business rationale underpinning our investments, bringing valuable strategic perspective and financial expertise to key analyses and decisions, and helping prepare the company for the implementation of its future priorities.

We are grateful for Sebastien’s contribution and wish him continued success in the next chapter of his career.

InnoEnergy has a very meaningful purpose and pursues ambitious objectives. I trust its future challenges can be met thanks to a talented and engaged team. I wish great future successes to InnoEnergy’ said Sebastien Clerc.

During the period leading up to the next General Assembly on 25 September 2026, the Supervisory Board has asked Bart de Beer, appointed as acting CEO, and Elena Bou, co-founder of InnoEnergy, to ensure continuity of operations and maintain focus on the company’s business priorities.

InnoEnergy’s Vision 2030, approved by shareholders in 2025, remains the company’s strategy. Its implementation is being adapted to reflect evolving market conditions, with an updated plan due to be considered by shareholders at the General Assembly.

InnoEnergy continues to operate as normal, focused on delivering its strategy and supporting the industrialization of clean technology in Europe.
