The need
More people want access to affordable clean energy. However, complicated administrative rules and regulations for self-consumption in multi-apartment buildings hinder the implementation of rooftop PV systems. This keeps the uptake of PV-generated energy aimed at onsite consumption artificially low.
The solution
Pionierkraft enables people to share self-generated renewable energy. The neat energy-sharing unit acts within and between multi-family homes and in smaller apartment buildings in an economical and operator-friendly manner. This fills a gap for economical PV solutions in smaller residential buildings. With its hardware and service-model, battery storage can be used collaboratively and tenant power projects can be implemented economically.
